I've never been to Culture Room, do I get a seat or is it General Admission?





CULTURE ROOM is a general admission venue and standing room only. We do have open-air patio seating for smoking and although there is no direct view to the stage from this area, there is a live-feed projection of all the on-stage action! Please note, all patio seating is first come, first served.





What time should I get there to get a good spot to see the show?





CULTURE ROOM likes to think that there are no bad sight lines in the club, but if you’re one of those fans who needs to be right up front or along the balcony railing we suggest you be in line before doors open. Keep in mind that no matter how early you line up there may already be people ahead of you in line and you are not guaranteed any particular spots inside. Please do not line up more than an hour in advance of doors! If you line up any earlier, you may be asked to leave and come back closer to door time.





What time does the show start?





The time listed on your ticket and on the website is the door time, not the show time. Set times vary and typically are not announced until the day of the show. Please keep in mind that set times, as well as opening acts, are always subject to change without notice.





How can I buy advance tickets?





All advance tickets can be purchased through Ticketmaster, and can be purchased directly from our website.

If you would like to purchase advance tickets for any of our shows, Ticketmaster is the only way to do it. Advance tickets will be available for purchase from when they go on sale until before doors open on the day of the show unless the show sells out in advance.

How do I buy tickets at the box office?





The box office opens at the posted door time for each show.

NO advance tickets are sold in our box office.

The box-office sells tickets for the show that night ONLY (and only if the show has not sold out in advance.)





My tickets are will-call. How & when can I pick up my tickets?





If your tickets are will-call, you must present a valid picture I.D. and the credit card used for the purchase.

No I.D. = no admission. No exceptions.

Will-Call opens at the posted door time for each show.

There are no physical tickets.





Can I bring my camera?





In most cases (but again, not all), little point & shoot cameras (non-professional) are allowed in.

SLR cameras (professional w/removable lens) need to be accompanied by a photo pass, which must be approved by the artist ahead of time.





Are bags allowed?





For security purposes, only SMALL purses will be permitted.

NO BACKPACKS OR LARGE BAGS PERMITTED.

Everyone and everything entering the building is subject to search.

We strongly encourage everyone to leave personal belongings in their car.

No backpacks or large purses or large bags

No outside food or drinks

No umbrellas

No weapons, pocket knives, pepper spray

No cans/bottles/flasks/drugs

No markers

No laser pointers

No spiked jewlery or chains

No professional cameras or recording devices
